Provide
a local organization for all members in good standing who have a common
interest in the activities and issues relating to the legal field. Foster a high
standard of ethical conduct on the part of all members Assist in the
preparation and organization of educational programs relating to the
legal field. Enhance the perception
of legal specialists and increase awareness of their role within the
legal system. Cooperate with
and assist attorneys, judges, bar associations, and all entities working
in or connected to the legal field.
Membership
in the Sarasota-Manatee Association of Legal Support Specialists is
a bi-level membership including affiliation with the Florida Association
of Legal Support Specialists, Inc.
