PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE - June 2011

Welcome and thanks for visiting our web site. We are the Sarasota-Manatee Association of Legal Support Specialists (SMALSS). We are paralegals, legal assistants, court reporters, and process servers. Anyone working in the legal field or interested in the legal field is welcome to join us. By joining SMALSS, you will also be a member of our state organization the Florida Association of Legal Support Specialists (FALSS).

Our local group meets once a month on the first Thursday of each month at Primo’s Ristorante which is located at the northwest corner of Braden Avenue and US 41. We have a speaker on a legal topic and always submit out presentation to the Florida Bar to obtain CLE credits to maintain your FRP or CLA certifications.
